Refund policy

Physical Products (Books, CDs, and Other Media)

• We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged or defective.

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at thevictorychurchint@gmail.com to request a return.

• Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective item.

• Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

• Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

• If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Digital Products

• All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been sent.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

• Any product that has been damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper storage, or accident will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
